Friday Find: Where to Publish Your Work

Maybe some of you are planning to spend time this weekend mapping out submission strategies. After all, most of us here in the U.S. have a three-day weekend and a bit of extra time.

Here’s a resource that may help you, right here on erikadreifus.com: a page on “Where to Publish Your Work.” I hope that you find it helpful! And if you do, please share it with your friends/fellow writers.

Have a great weekend, everyone. This blog won’t take Monday off–we’ll see you back here then.

Erica, Thanks for another great post. I think I mentioned that I found your site during my time
as a student in the Stonecoast MFA program. I’ve lost count of how many people I have recommended the site to. I’ve learned so much about the process of becoming a writer, not just
craft. There are lots and lots of places to find how-to advice on making stories. But the wholeness
of your content makes the site shine brighter than many others. I can say, honestly, that I am
starting to have a handle on the career aspects of being a writer, the tangled web of publishing,
and plain old inspiration to just get out there and do it.
I have also found other useful links, by following those you post, and then the next and so forth.
Learning to get more and better use of the web resources. My writing friends now look to me for
cool ideas, articles and links. I just send them the link to your site and tell them to go fishing.
I will be teaching my first evening writers courses this fall, and no doubt I will tell the students
    to check out http://www.ericadreifus.com.
