Treasure Chest
Writing-related resources, news, and reflections to enjoy over the weekend.

  • A young poet wonders about the practice of submitting to book contests, and Elissa Gabbert responds. (via @Writers_Artists)
  • “Straddling the Working Class Memoir”–an essay by Daniel Nester.
  • I’m sorry to say that I missed the latest American Copy Editors Society Twitter chat, but there’s a Storify with highlights.
  • Finally, this video has been making the rounds. And I can definitely see why.

  • Have a great weekend, everyone.
