Yiddish Music in New York
If you’re in the New York area (or going to be, during October), take note of this schedule of free concerts presented by the National Yiddish Theatre/Folksbiene. The series is sponsored by The City University of New York (disclosure: my employer!). The concerts, in Yiddish and English with English and Russian supertitles, will be held at Queens College on October 14; Hunter College on October 15; Lehman College on October 17; and Brooklyn College on October 18.
