National Poetry Month may be over, but there’s an extra-generous installment of Ruben Quesada’s “Poetry Today” column up on Chicago Review of Books. This week brought an announcement from Rose Metal Press: “We are thrilled to announce that we will be publishing The Best of Brevity: Twenty Groundbreaking Years of Flash Nonfiction edited by Zoë Bossiere and Dinty W. Moore in Fall 2020! We have long been admirers of Brevity: A Journal of Concise Literary Nonfiction and the important work they have done to champion and bring more attention to the flash nonfiction form. And a best-of anthology of the amazing work regularly published by the journal has been long overdue. So we are honored to have the opportunity to partner with Brevity’s editors to make that anthology a reality!” (Check the list of contributors within the announcement for at least one familiar name.)
