Here’s an announcement from Hemispheres magazine: “After six years of supporting the Faux Faulkner and Imitation Hemingway Contests, Hemispheres is ending its sponsorship. The contests have run their course at a variety of publications over the years, and we wish them both success in finding new sponsors and publication venues. Editorial Internships at The Chronicle of Higher Education

The Chronicle of Higher Education is looking for interns for Winter-Spring 2006 (beginning in January). Full-time internships take place in the publication’s Washington, DC, office and last until May or June. “In addition to a stipend, academic credit can often be arranged.”
