Sunday Sentence
In which I participate in David Abrams’s “Sunday Sentence” project, sharing the best sentence I’ve read during the past week, “out of context and without commentary.”
And a little davening now and then wouldn’t do any harm.

Love the word “davening” (I confess I had to look up the meaning). I think the gist of the sentence is true for all of us, no matter what our religious beliefs or ways of praying.
