Midweek Notes from a Practicing Writer

Three quick updates from my desk.

  1. The December issue of The Practicing Writer 2.0 went out to subscribers yesterday. Enjoy, and please share it with your networks.
  2. At this time of year, I’m reminded of the short story I wrote for NPR’s Hanukkah Lights broadcast. Happy 10th birthday to that story, “Fidelis,” which was included as a “classic” in a later broadcast, too.
  3. And, yes, still another delay for that freelance piece I’ve been mentioning. (I’ve even had to update the copy for publication, which I’m told should really, truly happen this week.)
