#SundaySentence

Every weekend I participate in David Abrams’s “#SundaySentence” project, sharing the best sentence I’ve read during the past week, “out of context and without commentary.”

She has consulted the atlas, reverently traced her finger over the tendrils of longitude, dredged up the last of the undiscovered credit cards (the odd one, which since the onset has believed her name to be Marga), and booked a trip to that most famous of inhospitable and covetably remote destinations: Antarctica.
