Midweek Notes from a Practicing Writer

Three quick things.

1. Spent a lovely morning last Thursday at the Jewish Book Council Network’s Meet-the-Author event. (This time, I wasn’t a presenting author; I was accompanying a client.)

It’s always inspiring to encounter so many writers and book projects there.

2. Birthright update: I spent part of the holiday weekend sifting through the 200+ images from the shoot for my new author photo. I’ve winnowed things down to four finalists. (We’ll get there!)

3. Coming soon: the JUNE issue of The Practicing Writer, which I’m currently proofreading. It will go out to subscribers later this week. In the meantime, don’t forget to review the current issue one last time for opportunities that remain open.
