Midweek Notes from a Practicing Writer

Three quick things.

1. Birthright updates! I’ve received a beautiful cover design from my publisher—it requires a couple of tweaks, but I hope to be able to share it with you soon.

Meantime, the final manuscript (which I managed to hand in a bit before deadline) has been returned to me in layout form. I’m spending the rest of this week reviewing that (along, of course, with just a few other projects!).

2. Speaking of other projects: We knew this was in the works, but it’s wonderful to find published for everyone to read a first, enthusiastic pre-pub trade review for client book The Question Is “Why?” Stanford M. Adelstein, a Jewish Life in South Dakota. (Happy to connect reviewers/editors/bloggers with review copies. Let me know!)

3. And, ICYMI, the July issue of The Practicing Writer went out on time earlier this week. This issue will also remain online until the August issue replaces it.
