Three quick updates from my desk.

1. Filed a book-focused freelance piece yesterday. I’m pretty happy with it and am eager to share it with all of you.

2. Also yesterday: The June issue of The Practicing Writer 2.0 went out to subscribers. (Check your email if you haven’t seen it yet!) It’s also posted online.

3. And also yesterday: For the conclusion of both #JewishAmericanHeritageMonth and #ShortStoryMonth, I indulged in a look back on the Sophie Brody Medal citation that Quiet Americans received.
