Midweek Notes from a Practicing Writer

Three quick things:

1. Happy New Year! If you haven’t seen it yet, the January Practicing Writer newsletter has gone out to subscribers. It will remain online for the rest of the month, until the February edition replaces it.

2. The newsletter highlights a newly updated resource on this website: a page to help you identify “Where to Publish Your Work.”

3. I am feeling reasonably satisfied with the work I accomplished over the holidays (deadlines—met!). But I confess that after the long New Year’s weekend I am finding it a tad difficult settling in to work today. Any tips?
