One Productive Day

I drafted four new poems in one day this past week!

(Okay, three of them were limericks–inspired by a contest listing I saw over on Cathy’s Comps & Calls.)

Still, I had a lot of fun writing them. And with the momentum generated by those limericks, I wrote a fourth poem–slightly longer–that also made use of rhyme in a way that I haven’t for decades.

I’ll be sure to let you know if ANY of those poems progresses to publication. Meantime, here’s a nifty end-rhyme generator that I discovered while doing all of that poem-ing. (more…)
