• Nicely timed for Hispanic Heritage Month (which began September 15): an introduction to Séfer, “the glob­al plat­form for Jew­ish lit­er­a­ture in Span­ish,” and some recommended reading, from editorial director Julia Rendón Abra­ham­son, in a post for Jewish Book Council’s PB Daily. 
• In which the reader (or this reader, at any rate) discovers (via Carlin Romano/Moment) the end of the Jewish Lives biography series from Yale University Press.
• Et tu, Los Angeles Review of Books? (Or, on a literary journal’s “killing” of an interview conducted by Melissa Uchiyama with Shai Davidai, whose American Intellectual Antisemitism is one of this fall’s new books.)
• As it happens, Davidai himself (with Yardenne Greenspan) has recently co-guest-edited an issue of White Rose Magazine; the issue (number XXXII) is themed “My Hineini Moment.”
• “It was supposed to be a party to celebrate the revival of a nonprofit poetry press and to welcome a beloved Israeli poet back to an America quite different from the one she visited decades ago.
